The Megaformer is the second generation of Lagree Fitness equipment and currently holds 74 patents. This unique training machine is designed for all fitness levels, ages, and body types. Traditionally, the Megaformer is used in a class environment, so it is built for heavy usage and provides many features and technology that are beneficial for fast-paced workouts
Handles:Rotating handles are located on the front of the machine. The top handles rotate 90 degrees for the following positions: Parallel 1, Parallel 2, T Bar, and Cross Bar. The lower curved handles can be moved into Full Position facing in or out. Due to the success of front handles on the M3, two (2) more handles have been added to the back of the M3S.
Platform:Deepened platform with an added 5-inch nose. The fixed and angular shape of the platform enables better body positioning and alignment. The added side rails on the platform provide added hand and foot placement.
Spring Selector - Orginal VS Super Fast
The superfast springs used on/off switches to change the spring load, it makes swapping out the springs in between exercises quicker. It's also on a magnetic system that allows you to swap the spring load even if the carriage is not at the starting point (although you do have to get to the starting point for the spring to engage). With the original spring system, people try to swap out the springs while the carriage is moving and it'll make the spring fly off, it's not really an issue but the superfast springs are "dummy-proof" The original spring system uses knobs that you pull up and down to change the spring load.
Handle Bar Orignal VS Plus Handles
The original handles rotate 360 degrees, you rotate them depending on what exercise you're doing. Static (or the PLUS) handlebars don't move, they are static. They're already in the position you'd ever need them in and they're also taller.

Steps after order are placed
step 1- You will receive confirmation via email and phone that we have received your order and a follow-up call and email when the item is in transit
Step 2- customer must contact freight deliverer to schedule a drop off date (notice: Delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subjected to change by the freight handler rarely happens)
Step 3- When the date is scheduled and the item is being offloaded an adult over the age of 18 must be present to receive the shipment and sign the bill of landing.
*IMPORTANT *Before the bill of landing is signed and the driver leaves do these checks. If not claim to damages cannot be done afterward signing of the bill of landing is tantamount to saying I have received my brand new undamaged items with no missing parts or issues. We are not responsible if the bill of landing is signed without notes and you cannot enter a claim for damages after the fact.
CHECK 1- Check for damages inspect the cargo and look for any damages, things to check for holes in boxes punchers, etc if these things are noticed feel free to open up the cargo for a further inspection while the driver is there if there are damages note this on the bill of landing and inform the driver.
CHECK 2- Check that all the items that are listed on the bill of landing are present at the drop-off date if there are any missing items please note this on the bill of landing and inform the driver.

DO NOTaccept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.
- If the damage is cosmetic only, we reserve the right to repair the product/part as new with a new part or professional assistance. - Any damage must be reported within five calendar days of the delivery date, due to carrier insurance regulations and rules. Any damage report outside of this time frame is subjected to refusal. - Call us immediately, we will make sure your replacement pieces will ship as soon as possible. - Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the Bill of Lading and delivery paperwork. Take clear pictures/video of all boxes, the damage, and the Bill of Lading, and email it to us.
An insurance claim will be processed for the damages with the handler/ manufacturer When processing an insurance claim for damage, you agree to hold onto the damaged item(s) and the original box/carton the item(s) came in until the claim is closed with a final decision. Refusal to warehouse the damaged item(s) and the original box/carton, means that we won’t be able to process the insurance claim and/or process refunds/replacements. This is a required procedure with all shipping carriers when processing insurance claims.

We offer 30 - day returns on products except custom made items or made-to-order items, reformers, Cadillac/trapeze tables, chairs, barrels, microformers, megaformers, and items purchased on sale or reduced price, and Springs, loops, hands and feet straps, fuzzies, handles and vinyl covers are non-returnable
These items are still covered by the manufactures warranty and they will repair or replace defective parts according to each product warranty.
If the item(s) ships via freight carrier, it will be covered with insurance for any damage that might occur during shipment. As long as you follow our shipping & receiving policy, we will be able to process a replacement at no cost as soon as possible.
How to return a returnable product(s): All returnable items must be returned within 30 days of placing the order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Otherwise, a refund can’t be issued. Return steps Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with return instructions. Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email. We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping. Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier. Please provide us the tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Most of our items ship directly from our suppliers or the manufacturer's warehouses, and we are prepared for fast shipping after your order is placed. Therefore, items can only be canceled within 1 hour after placement with no guarantees.
It’s important to contact us as soon as possible when trying to cancel an order. In the cancellation request, please include your order number, contact information, and the name of your product(s), and we will do our best to cancel your order.
If your order wasn’t processed/shipped yet and can be canceled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, and we will void the transaction so you won't be charged. If we already charged your card, we will issue a full refund back to your original method of payment.
If the item(s) is already processed or shipped and can’t be canceled, you will have the option to refuse the delivery or return your order once delivered (returnable products only). For a period of one year following customers’ receipt of the machine, Maximum fitness will repair or replace, at their discretion, any items found to be defective. All warranty coverage will extend only in the event that the Machine is used solely for and in conjunction with the Lagree Fitness Training Method. The warranty is void if the training is modified and/or mixed with any other type of training. All warranty repairs or replacements will be coordinated through Maximum fitness.
This warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not provide remedy for any defect or damage resulting from normal wear and tear (which includes, but is not limited to ripping, tearing, fraying, staining from liquids such as water, sweat or damp towels, rust, paint chipping or dulling, plastic cracking or breaking), misuse, negligence, improper assembly or installation, or any damage incurred during shipping or delivery. No warranty coverage or service will be provided for any machines not authorized for use by Lagree fitness.
The warranty does not cover the accessories which are purchased separately.
Conditions which void the Warranty:
Storage which is not authorized by Maximum Fitness.
Improper use of the equipment.
